A : Please check if your HDD is well formatted in FAT32 because NTFS file format will not be recognized when the player is connected to TV.
MP3 seems full although there is still room Q : There is still room left on my mp3 but when I want to copy files or
create directories I get an error or a message that the disk is full.
A : Make a backup of your data (copy the mp3 and other files back to your
computer or another device). Once you have done this, reformat your mp3
player in FAT32.
This can be done from my computer. Click on my computer with the right
mouse button on the letter E: (or the one from you mp3 player) and select
format. Then take FAT32! Once this has been done, start to copy your mp3s
back. This will solve your problems.

A : Once again in most cases this is due to your Windows. Some files are not or not correctly installed and you should install these first before retrying the program. In most cases this solves the problem. You can find the file(s) on the internet and copy them then to c:\windows\system and c:\windows\system32.
MP3 seems completely blocked Q : I do not know what happened but for one reason or another my player is
completely blocked.

Avi Converter 3.0 Q : Bonjour, j'aimerai avoir de l'aide pour convertir mes fichiers vidéo avec « AVI Converter 3.0 » car après avoir sélectionner le fichier à convertir et après avoir cliqué sur « Convert Now » rien ne se passe.
A : Il faut mettre le film que vous voulez convertir dans le dossier C:\\Program Files\\AVIConverter et recommencer la procédure de conversion.

- Lancer le programme Avi Converter et choisir les paramètres suivants:

Source File: sélectionner la vidéo à convertir
Target File Name: Sélectionner la racine du disque C ou D
Quality: Normal
Aspect ratio: Full
Ensuite cliquer sur « Save » et « Close ».
- Cliquer sur Convert Now et la conversion commence. Vous voyez l’évolution dans la bare de progression.
